In December 2004 I surrendered my life to Christ. I was afraid, broken, and in desperate need of saving. Through Biblical counseling and the love of Christ I learned that by applying His word to my life I could experience freedom and healing.
I became a Certified Belief Therapist (CBT) in 2014 and have been practicing since. My passion is to encourage and inspire all to find healing by applying God’s word to their life; to lead and guide them to find hope where they believe there is none, and to shine His light for others to see.
My areas of counseling include: couples counseling, family conflict, depression, self-worth, and women.
Currently, I serve as the Women’s Ministry Director for the Shoreline Church South Campus and lead the Sisterhood South leadership team. I conduct street outreach to men and women entangled in sex-trafficking with a local non-profit ministry, All Worthy of Love. We reach and rescue victims of trafficking through prevention, rescue, and restoration weekly.
My husband and I will celebrate 29 years of marriage in August and we are both lifelong Austinite’s. Together we have six children. I am also a blessed “Grammy” to eleven beautiful grandchildren and we are expecting grandchild number twelve in April.
